The Velvet Huntress

I just comlpeted another fast paced short film competition. Check out the screenshots here! This one was for the Knoxville Horror Film Festival's Grindhouse Grindout Trailer competition. Everybody had 6 days and 66 minutes to make a grindhouse styled trailer of the genre they had to pick. We all drew a number out of a hat and that was the order you were given to pick the genre from the list. I was hoping most of the filmmakers wouldn't know what Giallo was so I kept my eyes set on that genre. When it came time for me to pick I picked Giallo and went home to create a Giallo trailer with all the cliches I could think of. It turned out pretty good and I think it will be entertaining for sure. If you are in Knoxville be sure to check it out at the Knoxville Horror Film Festival this weekend (10-23-2011) at the Relix Theatre 8pm. This year the festival is two days of horror so be sure to check out the whole festival from the 22nd til the 23rd. There are a lot of great films to be seen this year.
